SHIPPING POLICY

SoBe Green’s Shipping Policy

We charge all orders at actual shipping cost via USPS Priority Mail. We add no handling fees. USPS Postal Service Priority Mail service claims, and generally makes good on, a two to three day average delivery schedule (including Saturday as a business day). Our customers love this speed of service. Delivery schedules and dates are not guaranteed, but complaints are few. All orders received and paid before 2:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, will ship by the next business day. Please note that the post office is closed during numerous holidays throughout the year. Packages will ship the next USPS business day when applicable.

Sales Tax for Florida Residents

Florida residents are subject to sales tax based on the county the shipment is delivered to (from 6% to 7.5% depending on the respective counties’ applicable discretionary surtax).
